I planned to create 8 stamps which I never actually produced. I did however produce around 5 or 6 but of those only 4 were worked up properly. I think that with my original ideas I have not succeeded in giving the impression of the Olympics without using the logo. I will continue to add swirls and graphic elements that imply the Olympics through colour.
As far as my research is concerned I think that I have been successful. I have looked into all sorts of artists, poster and stamp designs related to the Olympics and styles that I want to persue.
My finals were produced with vector imaging, which is what i specifically wanted to do the least, but as time grew short I felt as though it was the only viable medium that would create a decent outcome in the time.
