Preparing for the show

Before we started preparing for the show this is what the oil painting room looked like. We removed the chairs and moved the tables to the edge of the room. We removed as many of the staples from the walls as possible to allow for a more even coating of paint to be applied. Once this was done I swept the floor of debris and used some old cloth sheet to protect the floor from paint splashes.

 This is the room without the chairs, and tables to the edge. Nothing else had been done when this photo was taken.

 This image shows how we've protects each surface from the paint. Each unit on the wall was covered with masking tape so we could easily paint around them.
